Nice place in the central location close to downtown/Central San Diego. Super convenient for us working in the Chula Vista area, but still wanting to be able to go out to the gaslamp district. The place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. The living room is basically nonexistent and TVs are in the bedroom. No space for it in the living room. This location met our needs. While it wasn’t very big, we didn’t really need a lot of space. Best part was the EV charging. Very convenient to have that versus having to go charge. But, even if they didn’t, literally around the corner was a supercharger for Tesla.

Great spot for a weekend stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and really felt like home. Check-in was easy, and there were plenty of towels and everything else we needed during our stay. The location was perfect—super close to downtown, which made it really easy and affordable to Uber back and forth. The host was great and made everything simple from start to finish. They were very responsive and always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
To be clear this is a studio apartment with the bedroom the same as the living room. Also, the stairs up to the apartment are unfinished wood. The refrigerator didn’t work while we were there so they provided a small hotel type fridge. However the location is great because it is close to both ocean and bay and walkable to lots of restaurants.

We loved this place! It was so nice for our group to have our own spaces and the hot tub and gym were such a bonus. The host was fantastic, it was respectful that they didn’t overly message us or anything. Contactless check in/out is really easy and we had no issues at all. Would definitely recommend this place!
Cute & clean place in a convenient location - everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive.
