Bedroom 1 offers a cozy retreat with a Queen bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a Twin over Twin Trundle Daybed. The full bathroom is well-appointed and easily accessible. The living room is a shared space, ideal for relaxation and socializing. Step outside to enjoy the private exterior space, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the San Diego sunshine. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, and Tesla EV charging (Bring your own adapter for your EV if it is not a Tesla).

Nice place in the central location close to downtown/Central San Diego. Super convenient for us working in the Chula Vista area, but still wanting to be able to go out to the gaslamp district. The place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. The living room is basically nonexistent and TVs are in the bedroom. No space for it in the living room. This location met our needs. While it wasn’t very big, we didn’t really need a lot of space. Best part was the EV charging. Very convenient to have that versus having to go charge. But, even if they didn’t, literally around the corner was a supercharger for Tesla.

Very accommodating host! The house has everything you will need. Comfortable, modern,clean! Perfect space for my toddler to move around also. Thanks guys❤️🌊

Great little place. 2 Car parking spaces, Tesla charger, nice kitchen with everything I needed to cook. the only thing that was a little hard to figure out was the dual washer and dryer but I figured it out. I would just ask to check the batteries to the mini split units. Other than that we loved it

This place was great. Cute little home to share while we were in town. Host was awesome, checking in to ensure things were going well. Easy checkout instructions.

Had a great time! Place was exactly as described. Beautiful & clean. Private gated parking was a huge plus in a busy city like San Diego. 10/10!
