Our newly renovated home in Allied Gardens is the perfect spot to enjoy a fabulous San Diego getaway! The location is centrally located 13 minutes from downtown and right by great coffee shops and restaurants. Enjoy the naturally lit California design, private entrance, and private outdoor space!
PARKING:
2 tandem spots on driveway and first come first serve street parking.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms including 1 master with an en suite bathroom.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a spacious floor plan, with a specialty Art frame TV, a conversation lounge, and plenty of natural sunlight. If you login to any personal streaming account, make sure to log out before you leave.
THE KITCHEN:
Our brand-new kitchen has a large spacious island perfect for cooking and entertaining. With a stainless steel fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal, cooking at home has never been more convenient!
The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, can opener, corkscrew, and cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, paper filters, ground coffee, and tea. We have plenty of dishes, plates, and a drawer full of tableware to accommodate large groups.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Large, private outdoor backyard with a propane fire pit, sectional lounge, and outdoor dining table with an umbrella for you to enjoy!
PARTIES:
No parties are permitted.
PETS:
Doggos welcome! Just let us know prior.
LAUNDRY:
The unit has a free washer and dryer that is shared with the attached studio garage.
MISC:
The lot has 2 units on it. The garage is a converted studio that houses mid-term renters. The only thing they share is the free washer and dryer.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, the backyard is great with some outdoor furniture, firepit, and market lights. The kitchen is very spacious with a large counter to display food. Highly recommend staying here!

Had such a nice stay at Manuel’s Airbnb, it was so beautiful especially the patio area. The interior was so spacious and modern, it was the best vibe! Also Manuel was so helpful and made everything so easy, looking forward to staying next time in San Diego!

We had a great time! The house is conveniently located to visit popular tourist attractions in San Diego. Perfect if you are visiting Seaworld, Downtown SD. We were 6 adults and 2 kids, stayed over Christmas, felt right at home in this house.

The home is well designed, clean, had a nice layout and the backyard was well designed. The fruit trees in the back were a nice perk! Overall our stay was very easy and the host was responsive. The school was closed when we were at the home so the area was quiet and traffic on the main street wasn’t too loud.

We had a great time at Manuel’s place. Good size rooms, quiet and clean. Although the house is located on a busy street across the street from an elementary school, it is very quiet in the bedrooms. Love the citrus trees and layout of the backyard. Tried to use the fireplace but there was no propane. Toiletries and everyday essentials like the plates, utensils, paper towels were all good quality. Beds are very comfortable but the pillows are more like decorative back pillows so a bit too hard. Nice to stay at an Airbnb where the host doesn’t require you to take out the trash, load the dishwasher, etc before you leave. My main issue is the communications. Host didn’t respond to my questions until 8 hours later even though the messages were shown read by co-host. When responded, the reply was AI generated and didn’t answer my questions.

Beautiful home. Comfy beds. Great yard. Very clean and quiet. I had my dogs with me and they weren’t bothered by any of the noise from the school during the day. The street is busy but it’s a great neighborhood. Thank you!

Loved this home!! It was the perfect space for the 6 in my crew. The citrus trees in the backyard were a plus, and we enjoyed the fruits from them each day! The kitchen was amazing. So much room to make a meal and everything you might need to do so. The ONLY downfall was sharing the laundry facilities. The tenant did not seem to be considerate of the space, leaving her laundry in there for days. Thank you for opening your home to share with us on our vacation. It was beautiful in every way.
